How we publish reviews

Where the reviews come from
The reviews shown on ollbud.pl come exclusively from the Google Business Profile of OLLBUD, Starowiślna 86, Kraków. We do not run our own review-collection system on this website and we do not publish reviews sent to us by any other channel.
Who can leave a review
Anyone with a Google account can leave a review. After completing a job we ask our clients to leave one. We do not offer discounts, gifts or any other benefit in return. We do not buy reviews and we do not ask anyone who has not used our services to write one.
Do we verify reviews
We do not verify ourselves whether the author of a review was our client. We have no tools to do so — reviews are created directly in Google, and Google is responsible for moderating them and for its own abuse-detection mechanisms. This means the reviews may include ones whose authors we cannot match to a specific job.
Can we delete or edit reviews
No. We have no technical ability to edit or delete reviews on Google. We can only reply to a review or report it to Google if it breaks Google’s rules — for example if it contains abusive language, personal data, or concerns a different company. Google decides whether it is removed, not us.
How we present reviews on this site
The average rating and the number of reviews shown on this site come directly from the Google Business Profile. They are aggregate values calculated by Google — we have no influence over how they are counted.
In the “What clients say” section we show selected extracts from reviews. These are positive quotes, chosen for marketing purposes — they are not the complete set of reviews. The full list, including any critical reviews, can be seen in our Google Business Profile. We publish quotes in their original wording; we shorten them only by selecting an extract, without changing their meaning.
